We contacted Kasia in a desperate situation, 2 months before our international wedding at a hotel in Poland, where many things were not yet done.

Kasia responded immediately and met us on-site - starting immediately on a long list of complex requirements and logistics for guests (from several countries).

In short, Kasia’s dedication saved our beautiful wedding which was planned and executed perfectly. The attention to detail and care was amazing. When planning our wedding in Krakow from Canada, we knew it was critical to have a wedding planner that could assist us in all aspects.  We found Kasia online, arranged a video call and immediately knew from that first connection that she was what we needed.  Kasia's communication throughout the entire process was clear, constant and there were never delays in her response time.  She provided us with stellar vendors to hire for the wedding and they all performed well above our expectations.  The actual wedding day could not have gone smoother. Każdy aspekt ceremoni był dostosowany pod nasze wymagania. Koordynacja gości, kwartetu smyczkowego i mistrza ceremoni nie pozostawiała nic do życzenia - wszystko za sprawą wspaniałej usługodawczyni. Mieliśmy wpływ na każdy element ceremoni co było dla nas bardzo ważne. Zangażowanie, profesjonalizm i serce włożone w organizację tej ceremonii symbolicznej sprawiły, że stała się ona niezapomnianym doświadczeniem dla nas i naszych gości. 1. Po pierwsze, ze względu na przebieg całej współpracy, cześć mailowa. Zaczynając od pierwszego kontaktu po ceremonie, przechodząc przez składanie samej treści ceremonii (ten etap chyba zaskoczył nas najbardziej, oczywiście pozytywnie❤️:)
2. Po drugie, ceremonia przebiegła przy pomocy mistrza Pana Andrzeja, kory małą cześć ceremonii, lecz jedną z najbardziej znaczących, przeprowadzić w dwóch językach ukraińskim i polskim.

Dziękujemy, przy kolejnych ceremoniach nawet nie będziemy rozważać innych przedstawicieli, a już bezapelacyjnie zaufamy raz jeszcze 😌

After a short interview, there was a big connection between us and Kasia. She was very professional, patient and knew what would suit us even with minimal information and she created it from beginning to end. The number of guests kept changing and she took care of the changes with the preparation accordingly. She advised us on many issues and had a lot of patience with us!!
